Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

A few quick answers before you stop by.

What's with the pancakes?

Our pancakes are made with applesauce and oat milk instead of eggs and whole milk. They are thinner, heartier, and not fluffy like a traditional pancake.

What are your hours?

We’re open 7AM – 4PM, seven days a week.

Do you take reservations?

We currently operate on a first come, first served basis and do not take reservations.

Are your vegan items completely vegan?

We offer several vegan-friendly options and do our best to prepare them carefully. However, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen and cooked on shared equipment, so cross-contact with animal products may occur.

What does the vegan symbol on the menu mean?

The vegan symbol indicates an item is vegan or can be modified to be vegan-friendly. Because our kitchen is shared, we cannot guarantee a completely vegan environment.

Are vegan items cooked on the same grill?

Yes. Vegan items may be cooked on the same grill or prepared using shared kitchen equipment alongside non-vegan items.

What brand is your veggie sausage?

We serve Impossible™ brand veggie sausage patties.

Do you have pork-free options?

Yes. We offer veggie sausage and steak options for guests avoiding pork.

What kind of coffee do you serve?

We proudly serve Wood Burl Coffee, a local Dayton roaster also featured at Press Coffee Bar. The beans are sourced from Peru and roasted locally in Dayton.

Are your gluten-free items safe for people with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies?

While we offer several gluten-friendly menu options and do our best to avoid cross-contact during preparation, our kitchen uses wheat flour extensively throughout the day. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment and do not recommend our food for guests with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.

What does the GF symbol on the menu mean?

The GF symbol means an item can be prepared without gluten-containing ingredients or modified to be gluten-friendly. However, all items are prepared in a shared kitchen and may come into contact with gluten.

Do you use shared fryers?

Yes. Some fried items are prepared in shared fryer oil alongside items that contain gluten. Guests with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies should avoid fried items.

Why do you offer gluten-free options if cross-contact is possible?

Many guests choose gluten-friendly options for dietary preferences or sensitivities. We aim to provide those options while also being transparent about the realities of our kitchen environment and preparation methods.

What should I do if I have a food allergy or sensitivity?

Please notify your server before ordering. Our staff is happy to explain how menu items are prepared so you can make the best decision for your dietary needs.
